with the first step.
Things to Consider:
1. Online or In-Person? Zoom is the safest and least expensive way to work together. We can also meet at school, or even at your home, if a parent can be there.
2. What is Your Goal? Prep for an exam, tackle a specific issue, or setup ongoing support? Everybody has different needs. We can talk it through together, if you like.
How Does It Work?
First – Once you’ve determined how you want to work together and what your goals are, we should setup a free Zoom call to make a plan. You can ask questions and tell me your goals.
Second – Read and sign a Student/Parent Tutoring Agreement. This will lay out everyone’s responsibilities: the student’s, the parent’s, and mine. It will also explain our policies.
Third – Purchase a session or block of sessions. You’ll receive a confirmation by email. It will include the link and password for accessing the scheduling portal.
Fourth – Prepare for your session. Make sure you’ve completed any assignments. Have your books and materials ready. Make a list of questions or objectives. Keep your session appointment.
