Fees & Policies

How to Pay: All fees are due in advance and payable by debit or credit card. Pay Pal and Venmo are also options.
NOTE – Cash and checks are not accepted.

Discounts Available: You can pay per session, or get discounts by buying blocks of sessions. For example, Stand alone sessions are $50. When purchasing blocks of 3-5 sessions, each session is only $45. For blocks of 6 or more, each session is $40.

Refunds: Generally speaking, refunds are not available. However, unused sessions may be applied to another subject or transferred to a sibling.

Cancellations & Reschedules: Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of a need to cancel or reschedule.

Email Communication: I prefer to communicate by email, which you can do here if you don’t have access to your email account. Texting, Face Book or other social media messaging is not acceptable. We can also communicate by Zoom or telephone. Anything requiring confirmation should be sent through email so we both have a good record
